By John Connor [03.02.18]

Apocalypsis is the latest production from the Leiser Brothers. Directed by Eric Leiser, Apocalypsis is an experimental sci-fi indie that envisions a world after Revelations, in which the world regenerates itself.

Apocalypsis is the third film in a trilogy which started with Imagination in 2008, and then Glitch in the Grid in 2012. It stars Maria Bruun, Chris O’Leary and Eros Galbiati.

Set in a parallel universe entering a black hole, a woman reading the book of Revelation has visions of regeneration during Anthropocene. Can humans stay on top of the evolutionary chain or have we reached the point of no retun...

Apocalypsis was acquired at the European Film Market by Indican Pictures. It is slated for a multi-format release, including several theatrical showings. This title has its World Premiere in Philadelphia today at the Whitney Museum of American Art.

On March 20th, Apocalypsis will be available across the United States on Digital platforms as well as on DVD.

The film also stars Azumi Tsutsui, Ross Weinick, Stacy Kessler, Bill DiVita and Jenny Hutton.
